Laurie Lord Hambrecht, BSN, RN, CWON, CLNC
Laurie Lord Hambrecht has been a registered nurse for over 30 years, a certified wound/ostomy nurse for over 15 years and a legal nurse consultant for over 14 years.
She has worked with both defense and plaintiff attorneys on over 50 medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death cases involving skin injury/damage.
Laurie is considered a content expert in skin and wound care and has held many clinical and healthcare industry leadership positions in the wound care space over the last 20 years. She focuses her legal nurse consulting efforts on assisting attorneys with skin damage/injury cases.
Laurie is a current member of the Wound Ostomy Continence Society and has been an active preceptor over the years with the University of Washington’s School of Nursing Continuing Education Department’s Wound Certification Program.
